Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
- Create content (blog posts, social media posts, etc.) that resonates with their target audience
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage relationships with external vendors (designers, writers, etc.)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience managing external vendors
